Kidzania is an international entertainment indoor educational theme park combines authentically programmed environment, with children role-playing adult activities. Built to a size scaled for kids, it is designed to imitate the inner workings of a typical city with its own functioning economy and workforce. The Kidzania attraction is realistically
themed with recognizable destinations and real world products.
Kidzania will open in Jakarta soon. To support our operation in Jakarta. we are inviting professionals, energic candidates who have the passion to work wit children and suitable qualification to join us immediately as the below described positions.
1. Operation Director (OD)
responsible for Kidzania pre-opening stage and smooth operation of the theme park
2. GM Marketing (GMM)
responsible for all promotion activities of Kidzania
3. GM Human Resource (GMHR)
responsible for the implementation of all HR functions within Kidzania including recruitment. training & development and performance monitoring
4. Purchasing Manager (PM)
responsible for vendor selection and purchasing activities of all equipments and consumables required during the construction and operational stage
5. Head Quarter System Manager (SysM)
responsible for the installation and implementation of KIDZANIA’S system which cover database. operation and ticketing system
6. Commercial Manager (CommM)
responsible for creating strategy to obtain group sales i.e. schools. party. special event, etc. and delivering the package deals
7. Treasury Manager (TM)
responsible for all the revenues coming from `on-the-spot” ticket sales and from the merchandise and FM sales
8. Audit Manager (AM)
responsible to audit and report the findings on financial and operational activities of KIDZANIA
9. Internet & Multimedia Manager (IMM)
responsible for all media campaign and information disbursed through Internet and Multimedia
10. Operation Manager (OP)
to assist Operation Director in pm-opening stage, and maintaining the smoothness of activities within KIDZANIA’S operation area
11. Visitors Traffic Manager (VTM)
responsible for keeping daily visitors numbers and to smoothen admittance and exit process
12. F&B Manager (FBM)
responsible for duly operation of the F&8 stalls in Kidzania
13. Merchandising Manager (MerchM)
responsible for the creation of KIDZANIA’S merchandised and the daily operation of the stores in Kidzania
14. Maintenance Manager (MainM)
responsible for the maintenance of the mechanical, electrical. and plumbing in Kidzania
15. HSE Manager (HSEM)
responsible for the implementation of safety & health procedures. including the operation of park’s emergency clinic in Kidzania
16. Image Manager
responsible for the park image and maintaining the cleanliness within Kidzania area
17. Legal Manager (LM)
responsible for verifying all legal documents and to act on behalf of Kidzania Jakarta on all legal matters.
18. Operation Administration Assistant Manager (OAAM) for cash flow management of the park operation stock monitoring
19. Element Specialist (ES).
responsible for aesthetic part of each pavilion by listing down all necessary elements required and providing buying recommendation to purchasing department
20. Art Specialist (AS)
responsible on designing and creation for all pavilions’ attributes and signage in Kidzania
21. Special Equipment Specialist (SES)
responsible for creation of special equipments and special effects required on each pavilion to get maximum ‘make-believe’ effect
22. Recruitment Officer (RO) - 2 positions
responsible for the recruitment and ‘on-board process of all KIDZANIA permanent employees and contractual staffs
General requirements:
1. Hard worker. highly initiative, able to work in a team and posses strong interpersonal skill
2. Excellent communication skill in English is a must for position no. 1. 2 & 3
3. 5 - 7 years related experience in service or hospitality industry for position no 1, 2 & 3
4. 3 - 5 years related experience at similar position for position no 4 - 16
5. 2 - 3 years related experience at similar position for position no 17 - 21
6. AA candidates roust posses min graduate degree (St) from corresponding faculty to the position applied..
