Operations Department
Vehicle I Fleet Maintenance & Supplies Manager (VMSM)
Report to Country Operations Manager, this position will be responsible to manage company’s vehicles, from planning to monitoring and reporting all vehicles activities (fuel consumption, maintenance cost, vehicle’s license, road safety, etc.). Managing inventories and supplying tools / goods / packaging material to all depots, such as satchel, box, etc become part of the responsibilities as well as monitor budget and operational costs of company’s vehicles. Qualifications: Bachelor degree, majoring in mechanical, automotive or industrial engineering. Preferably having experience i ears in supervisor level and 2 year in managerial level in handling similar job scope. Concern with health and safety, also environmental issues as our company committed to OHSAS and ISO 14001 implementation. Fluent in English and familiar using MS Office is a must.
Finance & Accounting Department
Internal Control Manager (ICM)
Report to Country Financial Manager, this position w 11 be responsible to ensure clarity and compliance of all current practices according to corporate policies. Conduct regular audit independently across department and presenting the report to top management are part of the responsibilities. Qualifications: Bachelor degree, majoring in accounting with at least 7 year experience, few years experience as auditor in accounting firm combine with few years experience in managerial level in accounting field in a multinational company will be preferable. Understand accounting principles (PSAK/ USGAAP/ Sarbanes-Oxley) are preferable. Fluent in English and familiar using MS Office is a must.
Sales & Marketing Department
Account Manager (AM)
Report to Sales Manager, this position will be responsible to manage relationship with existing and potential client. Develop the network, work in a team to achieve revenue target, monitor debtor performance and handle customer service matters.
Qualifications: Bachelor degree with mm. 2 years experience in sales, excellent business acumen, analytical thinking, and communication skill, fluent in English, familiar using MS Office. Having own car is a must.
Customer Service Department
Customer Service Assistant (CSA)
Responsible for handling incoming calls, customer’s inquiry & complaint, as well as assist to fill their needs, to maintain our service excellence. Qualifications: Min Diploma 3 degree, with min 2 years experience in related field, especially service industry, willing to work under shift, fluent in English & MS Office literate, pleasant personality & excellent communication skills.
Commercial & Quality Department
Balance Scorecard Executive (BSCA)
To monitor and analyze company’s performance by using balance scorecard method, work as an internal consultant for other department to provide alternative solutions in order to improve company’s performance. Qualifications: Bachelor degree, majoring in engineering/ business, min. 2 years experience in similar function or as balance scorecard consultant/auditor, excellent analytical skills and familiar using MS Office.
