VACANCY (URGENT)
We are a fast growing International Logistics Company (PMA) located in North of Jakarta and currently in need of motivated individuals to fill the following positions, with general requirement :
1. Fluent in English. good communication & interpersonal skill-
2. Computer literate, standard office applications/MS office etc.
3. Self motivated and able to work in a highly demanding environment
LOGISTICS MANAGER
- Posses a Degree or Post Graduate in Business Administration/Logistics or relevant field.
- At least 5 years hands-on experience in Logistics industry-
- Experience and excellent knowledge in Export/Import procedures, stock control and customs rules/regulation.
- Good knowledge in sales, marketing and negotiation skills. AIR CARGO MANAGER/ASST. MANAGER
- Posses a Degree in Transport & Logistics/Business Administration or relevant field-
- At least 3 years hands-on experience in Logistics and Air Freight Forwarding industry-
- IATA/FIATA Diploma Certificate is required
- Experience and excellent knowledge in Export/import procedures, Warehousing/Distribution, customs rules and regulations CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT MANAGER
- Posses a degree in Business Administration/relevant field
- At least 3-4 years experience in relevant field/warehousing/Sea Freight & Air Freight Forwarding
- Good knowledge in export/import procedures, customs rules
GENERAL AFFAIRS MANAGER
Posses a Degree or post graduate in Business Adm., Law, or relevant field.
- At least 4 years experience in General Affairs matters
- Understand labor law. regulations and industrial relationship FIN &ACCT MANAGER/ASST. MANAGER
- Familiar with full set of accounting report
- Posses a Degree in Finance & Accounting
Experience at same level for 5 & 4 years.
- Good knowledge in taxation, Rules and Regulation.
- Preferably familiar with SAP-
IT MANAGER/ASST. MANAGER
- Male/Female
- Posses a Degree in relevant field
- Hands on Experience at same level for 5 years.
- Familiar with Database Microsoft Access and Visual Basic knowledge- Windows NT Server 4-0, 2000/2003
- Knowledge in SOL is priority, Familiar in Networking System RECEPTIONIST
- Female
- Posses at least Diploma Degree/Secretary
- Heving experience in multinational company at least 2 years
