General Requirements
a Male/Female
b Min Bachelor Degree (S-1) for (1-17) and Diploma (0-3) lot (18- 23)
c. Good command in English both written and spoken
d Max 45 years old for (1 -5), 37 years old for (6-17) and 28 years old for (18-23)
e Familiar with computer literate
f Good communication skill with pleasant personality, dynamic, energic, enthusiastic, target oriented and proven ability to deal with all levels of customer
Specific Requirements :
a Having ability to managing collection strategy, target and activities to maintain risk and profit for (Fern)
b Having good knowledge of Banking products and Promotion strategy for (FOP)
c Having good knowledge of Credit Processing for (CCP)
d Having good knowledge of Banking financial Control for (BC)
e Having wide networking in Corporate Commercial, Consumer & Small Medium segmentation for (RMJ) ,
f. Excellent knowledge in Export & Import area, taxes, banking, leasing & insurance for (Acc)
g. Having good knowledge of unsecured & credit card. Min. 2 years experience in Sales & Marketing for (UDP & CC)
h. Having good knowledge of treasury products. Min. 2 years experience In Forex Trading USD/IDR end FX customer Transaction for (IFX & TM)
i. Having strong analytical thinking to renew customer credit documents for (CR)
j. Min 2 years experience as Marketing Lending officer (ML)
k Min. 4 years experience as Branch Manager for (BM)
l. Min 2 years experience as internal Control Officer for (Aud)
m. Min. 2 years experience as Marketing Officer for (MO)
n. Having good knowledge of Banking operations for (Opr)
o. fresh Graduate are welcome for (MS, CS- TI, SO, SCA, HR)
