I. INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT DIVISION
A. DIRECTOR / CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER (CIO)
Individual main responsibilities
This critical position is responsible for leading a group of investment managers and investment analysts, and responsible in developing, implementing, and executing investment strategy within Investment Committee approved parameters and regulatory guidelines.
Knowledge, skills, and experience required
• Must have an Investment Manager license from BAPEPAM, a Master degree in finance, at least 8 years experience in portfolio management and investment management industry, fluent in English, written and spoken.
B. DIRECTOR / CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER (CMO)
Individual main responsibilities
This critical position is responsible for leading an aggressive marketing & sales team, direct firm’s overall marketing and strategic planning programs and corporate communications.
Knowledge, skills, and experience required
• Must have an Investment Manager license from BAPEPAM, a Master degree is required, at least 8 years experience in marketing management and investment management industry, fluent in English, written and spoken.
C. INVESTMENT MANAGER (IM)
Main purpose of job
Managing portfolio of securities in accordance with investment policy guidelines. The primary objective will be to achieve a reasonable return of the portfolio, while minimizing the portfolio risk.
Knowledge, skills, and experience required
• Must have an Investment Manager license from BAPEPAM, a Master degree in finance, at
least 4 years experience in portfolio management, fluent in English written and spoken.
D. INVESTMENT ANALYST (IA)
Main purpose of job
Making recommendation on markets, industries, and securities to investment committee, investment team. and clients.
Knowledge, skills, and experience required
• Having an Investment Manager license from BAPEPAM is preferred, a Master degree in finance, at least 4 years experience as an equity or credit analyst, fluent in English, written and spoken.
E. SENIOR SALES (SS)
Main purpose of job
To generate the maximum amount of profitable sales through the achievement of sales targets and by making new and existing clients aware of the company’s product range.
Knowledge, skills, and experience required
• Must have a Selling Agent license from BAPEPAM, a Bachelor degree, at least 4 year’s proven sales experience, through knowledge of investment products.
F. ACCOUNTANT
Main purpose of job
Maintain, examine, analyze, and interpret accounting records for the purpose of giving advice or preparing statements. Installing or advising on systems of recording costs or other financial and budgetary data.
Knowledge, skills, and experience required
• A Bachelor degree (S-1) in Accounting, at least 3 years experience as an accountant. fluent in English, written and spoken.
II. CORPORATE FINANCE DIVISION FINANCIAL / RESEARCH ANALYST
Main purpose of job
Perform an in-depth analysis on corporate financial performance as well as industry prospects. Develop a financial model and skillfully perform its valuation in line with various types of fund raising activities. In addition she / he should have strong sense of business and able to give some recommendations regarding corporate value maximization.
Knowledge, skills, and experience required
• Minimum Bachelor degree (5-1) in Finance or Accounting, a certified financial analyst is preferred, strong financial modeling skill and analytical thinking skill, at least 2 years experience as a Financial / Research Analyst in financial institution, preferable from Securities Industry, fluent in English, written and spoken.
